Our Philosophy

We are a grass roots organization committed to the ideas of inclusion and dignity for all of humanity. We believe that anyone can serve and it is through service that we have the possibility of fully realizing ourselves. We believe that when some of humanity is lifted up, all of humanity is lifted up, and that in essence we are one. We believe we are served as we serve. We also believe that celebration is an important part of team building and are committed to joy in the process.
